In the Washington DC area? Like books?
Join me tomorrow, Saturday, 8/2/2014 at the 4th annual OutWrite Book Festival at 2000 14th Street NW, DC (near the U-street Metro, I believe). I’ll be hanging out with Rowan Mcallister, Pearl Love, Andrew Gordon, Marguerite Labbe, and Gus Li – we’ll all be signing books, and I’ll even have brand new shiny paperback copies of STRIPPED AWAY.
If you can’t make it to downtown Washington DC tomorrow, remember that I’m also giving away a paperback copy of Stripped Away to one of my newsletter subscribers. I’ll be doing the drawing on Monday, so there’s still time to get in on that action.
Sinfully Sexy book reviews is also giving away an e-book copy of Stripped Away, you can check it out here along with a very nice four-star review from Macky and an excerpt!
While we’re talking the OutWrite festival and book giveaways, my author buddy David Pratt and his smart, funny work will be at OutWrite this weekend also. In addition, I am giving away an e-copy copy of his latest release, LOOKING AFTER JOEY, over at Cafe Risque. Go leave a comment on the post to enter. I’ll choose a winner on Sunday so you still have some time.
Happy reading, and have a great weekend!

Rhys Ford is doing a giveaway of all three of her Dirty Kiss books over at The Novel Approach, too. So you should probably head over and check that shit out. There’s a free shirt, and that’s practically better than porn, right?
Congrats to my Riley Hart for hitting #1 on Amazon’s gay romance bestseller list with her debut adult gay contemporary novel, Collide! I was honored to have the pleasure of beta reading Collide, and am so thrilled to see everybody loving it as much as I did.
I am working on Ricky’s story, Stripped Away, and that’ll be out in the spring I think. Many thanks to everybody who has asked. I’m also working on another standalone contemporary that I promised to someone, and I’m hoping I can make that happen sooner than later. There’s also a sequel in the distance for Forbidden Love for those who have asked, it has just turned out to be more difficult than I thought. As for a sequel to Yes, Sir? That was originally supposed to be a standalone short, but I’ve considered the idea off and on since 2011 when I wrote the original draft of the story. I’m not ruling out the idea of a companion novel, but I want to be sure I can do Nate and Gray justice first.
Meanwhile, there’s that holiday stuff and…whatnot. I get to see a hot, hairy man in a kilt for Thanksgiving. I’m super psyched. Anybody else doing anything festive?
Today’s quickie: Stumbling Over Chaos is doing a fabulous e-book giveaway of Forbidden Love, the re-release of my Mayan Mythology novella. You can check out the giveaway and enter to win, here. Contest is open until 10/10 at 7 pm!
Feeling impatient? You can pick it up at Amazon , B&N, and Kobo. 🙂
Sharon over at the paranormal / UF blog I Smell Sheep does some awesome giveaways. If you’re not following her, you should be. This week she’s offering up a bundle of Ellis Carrington and Damon Suede swag, including THREE free ebooks! One of those ebooks is an original copy of my erotic short story, Yes, Sir. Now, Yes, Sir is in the middle of getting a makeover. It’s being re-edited and getting new cover art so that I can put it up on Amazon. As far as I know this is the last available copy of that original version.
